The Lodge at Chalk Hill, built in year 1989, sits atop 37 lush acres within the heart of the beautiful Laurel Highlands in Fayette County, Pennsylvania, along Historic Route 40. Sixty garden style one-level units offer guests private decks with views of the famous mountain foliage and lovely Lake Lenore, as well as convenient door to door complimentary parking for registered guests and complimentary WiFi. Guests may choose from our Doubles, King Kitchenettes, or adjoining suite rooms. Outdoor recreation is also available and includes complimentary catch and release fishing at Lake Lenore, and half-mile lighted jogging trail. The Lodge offers a banquet room capable of seating 100 guests that adjoins a fully equipped banquet kitchen. The Lodge also serves as a relaxing meeting space with its wood burning fireplace, large screen TV, and expansive outdoor deck.
Families and Tour Groups are delighted with the convenient location of the Lodge to area attractions. The front desk is available to assist guests with directions for white water rafting, caving, horseback riding, golf, tours of Fallingwater, Kentuck Knob and Christian W. Klay Winery and dining at The Historical Stone House Restaurant. An array of winter activities including downhill and cross country skiing, and sleigh rides are within minutes of the Lodge.
